I am honoured to be acquainted with Prince Lazarus Long and to have become involved with the New Utopia Project since Millennium Eve. Now, almost eight years on, we are closer now than ever to securing infrastructure development funds so that Phase One of construction may begin with the construction of the Airport and runway.
Many people here in the U.K that I have interacted with over the last eight years have been very cynical and derisory of the New Utopia Project suggesting that it will never happen and that it is just the dream of a foolish old man. I have lived in the United Kingdom since 1961 (when I was born) and, in that time, have seen many 'impossible' dreams come to reality. (As I'm sure you the reader have done too). Most prominently, there has been the massive land reclamation development projects in Dubai where entire new islands have been created that have never existed before. I have, in my own limited ways, contributed as much as I possibly can to make New Utopia a reality. From offering administrative support, web design services and tourist office information services for the UK public. I have obtained Local, National Newspaper and BBC TV coverage of New Utopia. I have introduced our Top London Barrister, Shay Lotan who was instrumental in developing the substantial Legal Opinion document regarding the Territorial Claim and Legitamacy on the New Utopia area. I am proud to have done these things.
Having said the above, I am still conducting an ongoing search for Developers and Investors to represent New Utopia here in the United Kingdom. There are many wealthy, influential and powerful individuals here in the U.K that constantly look for alternatives. Alternative ways to bank, alternative ways to conduct business, alternative taxation choices.
