A nation should empower its people to liberty and self-determination. In most countries the individual is expected to support the country. Governments often charge the adults of the nation for the privilege of living in the country.
The New Utopian government considers this to be unfair. In this nation, the government does not charge you for services you may or may not use and may or may not want. It is true that the government of New Utopia does not provide many services compared to other western governments, but then, the question is begged as to how many services citizens of these governments would be inclined to buy if they were for sale one by one, rather than on a mandatory basis.
If you are able to manage your own affairs, and have the ability to earn your own living, either as an employee, in business, or in a self-supporting fashion, then you are the type of person who would be suited to a lifestyle in New Utopia.
As with many other countries, individuals and families are invited to immigrate where they have something to contribute to our healthy society.
